WIN THE FIGHT NY EATING RIGHT

EATING WELL AFTER CANCER at a brunch that can change the way you eat and live by Cancer Survivor Benjamin Rubenstein, author of Twice and Secrets of the Cancer-Slaying Super Man.

Benjamin Rubenstein battled bone cancer and beat it before he started college by believing he was a super man. When he developed leukemia in college, he used the same ploy - and recovered. It's thirteen years later and Ben is in remission. His secret? A fiber-rich, high protein diet that will be featured in this talk.

But wait! It's not all protein shakes and kale! Once a month, Ben sets aside a day when he eats no vegetables, only junk food. Guests are invited to bring their favorite "bad for you" dish to Ben's Cheat Table. The main menu will be healthy drinks and shakes for people who want to get healthy and stay healthy as Ben has, through diet.
